Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic with convenient access to the city center and tram stop, the rooms were disappointingly small for the high price. The service was friendly, but the overly aggressive breakfast room cleaning was off-putting.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and very modern, but the narrow passageways caused some noise issues. The service was excellent, with super friendly staff willing to go out of their way to assist. The location was convenient for exploring Helsinki. The dining options were very good and plentiful throughout the hotel.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I moved to was much better than the first one but was still a bit smaller than I expected. The design was nice, but not very practical. On the bright side, the room had an espresso machine and tea provided, which was a nice touch.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the initial room without a window near the elevator was dark and tiny, they were accommodating and changed it to a bright street-view room with huge windows. The comfortable bedding and room-darkening shades were a plus, especially for the late northern nights in June.
The hotel has comfortable rooms with good shower/bathrooms, and the service is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with easy access to key attractions. The dining experience offers delicious gluten-free and lactose-free options, although the coffee quality was not the best. Overall, a great choice with good value for money.
I found the hotel to be in a great central location, making it convenient to access Helsinki's main sights. The rooms, although clean, could use more storage space but were a bit dark. The service was pleasant overall, with a few minor hiccups. The dining options were good, but limited seating made it busy during peak hours.
The hotel has a nice design with spacious room layout, but the cupboards are small and not very practical. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist guests. The location is excellent for exploring Helsinki, although finding parking may be a challenge. The dining experience offers a wide selection of tasty dishes, including traditional Finnish delicacies.
The hotel is in a prime location, at the heart of Helsinki by the Esplanade, offering seamless service by a group of friendly and competent staff. The rooms were fairly spacious and available early in the morning at 9 am, but the air was a bit dry at night. The dining experience was average for the price, and the location was excellent, close to all points of interest and great dining options. However, standard facilities seen in most hotels worldwide were lacking here.
